Touch

Northcote Rugby Club runs an over 35 touch tournament each summer on a Wednesday night. The tournament is limited to just eight teams all of whom are closely related to president grade players and close friends, supporters, sponsors and associates of the club. Each team is able to field one   under 35 player on the field at any one time providing they are a son or daughter of any player in the team.

Whilst touch at Northcote is competitive it is just as much about providing a chance for club members to get together socially in the off season and provides a convenient excuse for the bar to open mid week. Good food (sausages and bread), cold beer and camaraderie is the order of the day.
